Refund policy

Your eSIM QR code is delivered by email after your payment is confirmed. By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and agree that the sale is final once the QR code is sent. If your eSIM doesn't work, email admin@kovitel.com and we'll fix it or refund you.
